I have looked all over the place for a simple assignment tracker. A lot have way too many columns (for Kindergarten grades, anyway). So I created my own template. You can download it below!

Also, I plan on using a different page for each subject to keep the subjects straight. Also, that way I can see what subjects I am doing the most work on and focusing on the most.
